Step 1: Go To Blogger Dashboard > Select Your Blog
Step 2: Click on the "Template" button.
Step 3: Click on the "Backup / Restore" button.
Step 4: Click on the "Download full template" button and then your file will be downloaded.
Finally saved the ".xml" file template to your computer.
Note!
* Downloaded file to your computer is your blog's template backup, so it does not have any posts included in on the blog.
